About Me
I became a therapist because I believe that being truly seen and heard is one of the most healing things a person can experience.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I draw on a range of methods — including mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, and relational approaches — to help you understand yourself more deeply and make meaningful change. I also bring a background in physical therapy, which shapes my belief that emotional and physical health are deeply connected.
I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship stress, and major life transitions. I’m especially committed to creating a space that is affirming and inclusive — for those who identify as LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and anyone who hasn’t always felt welcome in a therapy room.

Social Justice Statement
I am a white, cisgendered, heterosexual, able-bodied provider, and I name that because I believe transparency matters in the therapeutic relationship. I am an affirming advocate for reproductive rights and the rights of those who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, disabled, and immigrant. I approach every client with humility, and I am committed to antiracist practice — in my work and in my life.

I accept insurance from Premera, Kaiser Permanente, and First Choice. To better understand your benefits, please reach out to your providers Member Services Department
I require at least 48 hours notice of cancellation, except in the case of urgent matters.
